About this event
You're needed to join with other League members to consider local actions to support our mission to empower voters and defend democracy.
In the meeting, we'll describe LWV parameters around grassroots activism, the resources available to us from the Illinois and US Leagues, and some initial possible ideas for local action. We'll gather input on ideas currently under consideration, as well as other ideas for action.
This will not be "one and done," but rather part of an ongoing and intentional issues and advocacy effort.
This is a members-only meeting. All members are encouraged to join in. Don't worry if you're new or haven't participated actively. Fresh ideas are essential and welcome!
