The referenda are:

  • Shall the Village of Heyworth have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?
  • Shall Randolph Township have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?
  • Shall the Town of Normal have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program? More Info
  • Shall the Office of Recorder of McLean County be eliminated and the functions and duties of that office be performed by the McLean County Clerk, effective December 31, 2013? The League has a position on this. Click here to read that position.
